Team Australia is the national WFTDA roller derby team, competing on the world stage under the WFTDA ruleset. Since its debut at the inaugural Roller Derby World Cup in 2011, Team Australia has been a fierce competitor, showcasing the strength, skill, and determination of Australian roller derby.

In 2011, the team made a strong first impression, finishing fourth in Toronto. At the 2014 World Cup in Dallas, Australia climbed to third place, solidifying its reputation among the world's best. The 2018 World Cup in Manchester saw the team reach the finals, where they finished as runners-up to USA Roller Derby.

With each World Cup, Team Australia continues to push the boundaries of the sport, bringing together the country’s top skaters to represent the green and gold. Their journey is one of passion, resilience, and an unrelenting drive to compete at the highest level.
